EB-5 Investment Visa

In 1990, Congress created the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to stimulate the economic through capital investment to American businesses and job creation for American workers. In exchange, the investor, his spouse, and eligible children are all eligible to receive green cards, allowing them to live, study, work, and retire anywhere in the United States.

The EB-5 Visa is one of the surest way to get American Green Card. There are many benefits for investors to join this program.

  • The program requires no U.S. employer to act as a sponsor
  • The Investors do not require to have any specialized knowledge, skills, or experience
  • The EB-5 program is not limited to foreign nationals from specific treaty nations
  • This passive investment program allows the investor to invest for future Citizenship while his investment will be fully refunded and he still have time to focus on growing his own business
